Rental prices include towels, bed linen and electric.
Deposit of £100 required at time of booking, which is non-refundable.
Full payment required on arrival; either by cheque, cash or debit card (credit cards are not accepted). Please note that if you cancel a booking within 28 days of the start of your stay you will be charged 50% of the outstanding balance. If your holiday includes Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, you will be required to pay the balance in full by 1st November, in order to retain the booking. This is non refundable. Please ensure that you have suitable travel insurance to cover you in the event that you are unable to travel.
Arrival is after 3.00pm on the first Saturday with departure by 10.00am the following Saturday.
One small, well behaved pet by arrangement (£15 extra).
