Description

A quality Edwardian brass cased military marine barometer with silvered dial by Short & Mason, London c.1910.  Polished brass case with hanging loop to the top. Silvered dial with military mark, serial number and the makers name Short & Mason Ltd, London, sat over a rapid indicating aneroid movement. Quarter plate bevelled edge glass view window with central reading marker, mounted in a polished brass bezel. Superior quality and presented in immaculate condition, fully serviced and working. Measures 4.75" diameter x 7" high including hanging loop x 2.25" deep. Stock number 42318.
