A quality late Victorian mahogany cased barograph by highly regarded maker Pastorelli & Rampkin, fully serviced and working c.1890. The quality polished mahogany case with moulded frame to the bevelled edge glass cover, moulded waist below with two section chart drawer underneath and small bracket feet set to the corners. The 8 day duration movement with platform escapement, remote pressure and nib adjusters, plus original ink bottle to the rear. Original gilt finish to the brass platform and mechanism frame. Bears the makers name Pastorelli & Rampkin and serial number to the platform of the movement. Presented in immaculate original condition with a rich polish to the case, fully serviced and working; supplied with ink and charts ready for use. Measures 15" wide x 9" deep x 9.25" high. Stock number 42104.
