A matching pair of superb heavy quality George VI solid silver dishes with cast grape and vine design borders, hallmarked Sheffield 1937. Each bowl with rolled over top edge and shallow pedestal foot, the rims of each with scalloped grape and vine design cast border. Each bears the makers mark for Sheffield silversmiths James Deakin & Sons along with clear matching hallmarks. Weighing 18.12 troy oz, both presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine.
