Description

A fine quality Victorian solid silver compote boat weighing 2.5 troy oz, hallmarked Chester 1899. The solid silver vessel with lined rim to the edge and rolled over pouring spout. Scroll design handle set high to one side and three shell mounted pad feet to the base. Bears the makers mark for George Nathan & Ridley Hayes along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate condition. Measures 4.25" long x 2.25" deep x 2" high to the rim and 2.75" high to top of handle. Stock number 43265.
