1920's Moorcroft Orchid Flambe Vase

An immaculate Moorcroft 'Slipper Orchid' flambe glazed vase c.1920`s.  Flared foot to the base with broad shoulders and narrow neck, decorated with a continuous band of tube-lined decoration in slipper orchid design. The flowers painted in dark reds and yellows with complementing green leaves. The light flambe glaze turning darker towards the foot of the vase and giving a rich depth to the glaze.  Bears William Moorcrofs signature  and Moorcroft impresions to the base. Presented in immaculate perfect condition scratch free condition.
