Oblong form with clipped corners, the front with engine turned finish and blank cartouche.  Bands of slightly raised decoration to each side with a complementing engine turned finish to the rear. Press release catch to the front; the case opening to reveal an immaculate unused gilt lined interior with retaining straps to each side to hold cigarettes in position. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths John Rose along with clear hallmarks to all sections.
