A top quality antique Persian pure wool Hamadan runner in superb newly cleaned condition c.1900. The hand knotted rug with soft red ground to the main area of the runner, medallion to the centre and interlinked geometric floral design in dark blues, champagnes and dark reds. Double border to the outer edge with dark blue ground and interlocking floral decoration. Deep pile in good used condition, presented in stain free condition newly cleaned ready for use.
