The cliffs catching the late afternoon sun with red tones to the stone and grassy banks to the cliff tops. The choppy sea in deep tones of blue with superb impasto bringing it to life and the tips of the rocks showing through. Chalky cliffs on the horizon sat below a heavy sky with tones of mauve.
