Antique Camphor Wood Trunk
An original Edwardian period solid camphor wood trunk with decorative brass trim C.1910. The polished timber box with external reinforcing rails fastened with domed top brass stud work. Decorative embossed brass corners and matching edge pieces, two snap opening catches and central lock. Opens to reveal a clean interior with candle box to the side. Bears the name ' Eagle lock Co. USA' to the central lock, cast brass carry handles to the sides. Superb original mellow colour and original patina. Ideal for storage or as a coffee table. Measures 42" wide x 22" deep x 21" high.
