Aspreys Edwardian Silver Tea Strainer

A fine quality and unusual solid silver tea strainer by highly collected maker Asprey, hallmarked London 1907. Strainig bowl with pierced base suspended over a drip tray with pouring spout, long square ebony handle set to the side. Can be used in several ways, either to pour the tea throughout or as a tabletop item to hold the drips from the spolis. All sections with matching hallmarks and bearing the makers name for Asprey to the base. Presented in unused condition with a deep shine.   Measures 7" long inc handle x 2.25" bowl diameter x 2.25" high.  Stock number 39836.
