A heavy quality George IV solid silver quaich in mint condition, hallmarked Chester 1938. The silver bowl with plain polished interior, reeded rim to the outer edge with tapering scrolled end handles set to each side. Shallow rim to the base forming the foot with reeded decoration to match the rim. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded silversmiths Solomon Blanckensee & Sons and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 6" wide including handles x 4.5" diameter at the rim x 1.5" deep. Stock number 39269.
