Superb Dunhill Cast Silver Compact
A superb heavy quality solid silver Dunhill compact with 9ct gold catch and original leather case, hallmarked London 1947. The heavy cast silver case with ribbed decoration to all exterior surfaces and a 9ct gold release catch with angled edges to the front lip, The hinged lid opening to reveal an original fitted interior with mirror to the inside of the lid and engine turned silver cover to the compact compartment. The interior of the compact with immaculate gilt finish. The silver compact is sat in the original padded black leather outer case, which has cream lining and the Dunhill tradem...ark to the inside edge. The silver case is fully hallmarked and presented in outstanding unused condition. Measurements quoted are for the silver compact and exclude the outer case.
