A top quality George V period solid silver engine turned oval photo frame by highly regarded maker William Comyns, hallmarked London 1913. The solid silver oval surround with raised outer edge, the inner band with an unusual engine turned spotted finish. The solid silver front returning around the sides to meet the original dark green leather back with sturdy easel stand. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded silversmiths William Comyns along with clear hallmarks.
