Early Victorian Brass Door Stop

An early Victorian solid brass weighted door stop with urn shaped base c.1840. Solid brass urn shaped door stop with weighted base and semi circular plinth. The interior of the base with cast iron weight to give stability when holding the door open. Short handle length above with oval carrying loop to the top. Superb quality and excellent condition with a deep polish. Measures 5" wide x 2.5" deep at the base x 11" high. Stock number 43017.
