Early Victorian Rosewood Stool

A superior quality early Victorian carved rosewood cabriole leg stool c.1860. The well shaped quality frame with swept carved show frame forming an apron below the upholstered seat. Carved cabriole legs with unusual gilt brass decorative castor shoes to the feet, original castors below. The fully reupholstered seat covered in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine and no breaks or repairs. Measures 29" long x 15" deep x 17" high. Stock number 36753.
