Early Victorian Silver Caddy Spoon

A fine quality early Victorian solid silver tea caddy spoon with engraved handle, hallmarked Birmingham 1839. Shovel shaped well with flared end forming the tea scoop, the rolled over handle with high quality decorative engraving. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths and flatware makers Thomas Freeman along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 3.5" long x 1.25" wide at the scoop. Stock number 40022.
