An unusual early Victorian silver handled and tipped fruitwood ladies riding crop in superb condition c.1850. The embosed crook shaped handle with serpents head to the end and lines of ringed chain link design decoration. Slightly tappering very flexible fruitwood stem with polished silver tip to the end. Slightly worm silver standard mark and Queens head facing inwards to the crook handle. Superbly made and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 29.5" long x 2.25" wide at the handle x approx 0.5" diameter stem. Stock number CS397.
