Early Walnut Single Drawer Side Table

An early period walnut single drawer side table with bobbin turned legs and axe drop handles c.1700. Unusually constructed in solid walnut, the top with moulded edge sat over a single drawer base. The drawer with early design recessed runners to the sides and axe drop brass handles. Moulded waist below, bobbin turned legs to the corners supported by a moulded base stretcher, with bun feet below. Excellent rich colour and deep polish, ideal as a side or hall table. Measures 33" wide x 16.5" deep x 28" high. Stock number 39895.
