An Edwardian 'Blumfeld's Briar' pipe with silver mounts and amber mouth piece, hallmarked Birmingham 1909. The pipe in Bent Rhodesian style, with burr Mediterranean Briar wood pipe section and amber mouth piece. Silver connecting collar sat between the pipe and the mouth piece, and matching silver mount to the pipe aperture. Bears the makers mark for Blumfeld's Best Briar to the silver mounts. Sat in the original case with suede lining and gilt trimmed black leather exterior. Presented in good used condition, some marking to the silver rim at the aperture where the pipe ...has been tapped when being emptied.
