A superior quality Edwardian solid brass hall lantern with original leaded glass C.1910. The cast brass frame lantern with cornice to the top and fretted top rail for ventilation for its original glass fitting. Cast decorative swags to the top of each side. Hinged opening door and superb original leaded glass panels to each side in perfect condition. Swept cast arms above forming a hanging frame connecting to the original tubular hanging pipe with mounting rose to the top. Original gas fittings to the base of the interior for decorative purposes. Polished, lacquered and rewired ready for use.... Superb quality and condition with a deep shine. Lantern measures 8" square x 14" high. Overall height is 37" including hanging fixings.
