Edwardian Chester Silver Sovereign Case
An immaculate Edwardian solid silver double sovereign case, hallmarked Chester 1905. Oblong form with rounded corners and edges for comfort in the pocket, hanging loop with button release for opening set to the top. Opens with a spring action to reveal an immaculate unused gilt lined interior, two spring loaded holders for sovereigns and half sovereigns, each with engine turned finish. Bears the makers mark for Chester silversmiths E.J. Trevitt & Sons. Presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 2" long x 1.25" high x 0.5" deep. Stock number 37815.
