An Edwardian mahogany boxed set of draughtmans drawing instrument set in superb complete condition c.1910. Polished mahogany box with brass inset to the hinged lid, the lid removing to reveal an original fitted and blue silk and velvet lined interior. The top tray complete with the original drawing instruments and accessories, the tray lifting to to access the parallel rules and caliper measure. All instruments bearing the makers name A G Thornton, Manchester ( trading in Albert Square, Manchester from 1878 ) Presented in excellent complete original condition. Case measures 8" wi...de x 6.25" deep x 2.25" high.. Stock number 42582.
