A quality Edwardian inlaid mahogany cased aneroid barometer with skeletonised movement and silvered dial, fully serviced and working c.1910. The broad turned solid mahogany case with a decorative inlaid fruitwood and satinwood front and brass hanging loop to the top. Skeletonised visible aneroid movement with silvered scale showing weather predictions sat around the outer edge. Movement set behind a glazed view window with central reading marker, mounted in a polished brass bezel. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine, fully serviced and working. Measures 8.25" diame...ter overall with a 5" dial x 2" deep. Stock number 41082.
