An Edwardian mahogany coat stand in the manner of Schoolbred with original brass hooks C.1910. Circular centre panel with cast iron weight below to aid stability and supporting the three reeded uprights with splayed reeded legs below. The uprights meeting at the top and supporting a turned mahogany revolving top with original double brass hooks for coats and hats, three hooks to the centre of the uprights. Excellent quality and condition with a deep shine. Very sturdy and useable. Measures 80" high x 15" diameter at the foot. Stock number 36829.
