An Edwardian period rosewood and fruitwood inlaid barometer with skeletonised movement c.1900. The porcelain dial with weather predictions sat around the outer edge and skeletonised aneroid movement set to the centre. Cast brass bezel with inset glass and reading marker to the centre. Polished rosewood case with decorative fruitwood inlays and ebony trimmed edge. Presented in excellent condition, fully serviced & working. Measures 9.25" diameter x 2.5" deep. Stock number 42251.
