Edwardian Silver Photo Frame with Swept Sides
A superior quality Edwardian solid silver photo frame with swept edges, hallmarked Sheffield 1906. The broad silver surround with swept arched top and complementing swept edges. Embossed inner edge sat around the photograph window with the silver returning around the sides to meet the solid mahogany back, which has an ebonised finish and includes a sturdy easel stand. Bears the makers mark for Sheffield silversmiths Walker & Hall. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep polish. Takes photographs 5.5" x 3.75".
