A quality late Victorian walnut cased skeletonised aneroid barometer by Wilson of Bury St Edmonds c.1890. Broad turned and carved polished walnut case with leaf petal design carving; brass hanging loop to the top. Porcelain dial with weather predictions in ornate and coloured script, plus skeletonised movement sat to the centre. The dial sat behind bevelled edge glass, which is mounted in a polished brass bezel with central reading marker. Fully serviced and working, presented in superb original condition
