A solid silver pix with engraved lid, hallmarked London 1952. Circular form with rope twist boarder to the base and the edge of the lid. The slightly domed hinged lid with tripple engine turned boarder and engraved centre. The hinged lid opening to reveal a clean interior with slightly domed base to aid removal of the communion wafers. Bears the makers mark for specialist ecclesiastical silver ware maker Wakely & Wheeler along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate condition.
