A fine quality Edwardian period solid silver dish or bowl stand, hallmarked London 1902. Wide flared foot to aid stability and wide rim at the top for supporting the dish or bowl on the table when serving. The sides decorated with a classical swaged design along with fretted vertical design and pierced decoration to the foot. Bears the makers mark for Charles Clement Pilling, specialist maker in baskets and table condiments. A rare item presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 8" diameter at the base x 4" high. Stock number 38441.
