A Fine quality George III rosewood cased 8 day double fusee bracket clock by well regarded maker Desbois & Wheeler, London (working 1790 - 1820). Original painted convex dial with strike/silent leaver, sat behind convex glass and cast brass bezel. Decorative gilt brass trim and mounts to the chamfer top case with original pineapple finial. Bell striking chain driven movement with anchor escapement, the back plate bearing the makers name. Very original through out. Fully serviced. 12 months guarantee.
