A fine quality engraved silvered dial carved oak cased Victorian aneroid banjo barometer. C.1890. Well carved golden polished oak case with superb engraved silvered dial to the aneroid movement, sat behind beveled edge glass set in a polished brass bezel. Mercury action `snail `thermometer to the stem of the case. Fully overhauled movement. Measures 34" long x 10" maximum width x 3.5" deep. Stock number 33409.
