A fine quality Edwardian oval solid silver dish with pierced and engraved Art Nouveau design decoration, hallmarked London 1903. The oval dish with flared sides and broad rim to the top which is decorated in Art Nouveau design decoration in the form of flowing flowers, buds and leaves. The decoration with superb quality engraving and fretwork throughout. Polished centre to the dish and to the outside edge. Bears the makers mark for London silversmiths Marples & Co along with clear hallmarks. Superbly made, heavy quality, and presented in immaculate condition.
