A fine quality Edwardian solid planished silver quaich with Art Nouveau design handles to the sides, hallmarked London 1902. The heavy quality quaich is circular in form with dished sides and small rim to the base forming the foot. Handles set either side of the rim with embossed and fretted decoration in the Art Nouveau style. Bears name for Connell, 33 Cheapside, London along with clear hallmarks. Weighs over 4.5 troy oz and presented in immaculate condition.
