Fine Quality Victorian Revolving Book Table
A fine quality early Victorian walnut book table with burr top and revolving book arms below c.1860. Circular top with burr veneers and crossbanded edge, sat on a turned and reeded column with three revolving arms; all with shaped edges to the centre and turned divisions to hold books. Reeded baluster support to the bottom of the pedestal with umbrella tripod foot below. The tripod legs with banded inlays and pateras to the sides of the feet and a turned finial to the centre of the tripod. Superb quality with excellent detail throughout and presented in immaculate condit...ion with a rich colour and patina.
