A fine quality early Victorian engraved silver shell shaped caddy spoon, hallmarked Birmingham 1851. Plain handle with broad tail, the basin with flared shell design end and detailed tea leaf design engraving. Bears the makers mark for Hillliard & Thomason makers of snuffs, vinaigrettes, caddy spoons and wine lables. Presented in immaculate unused condition. Measures 3.75" long x 1.25" wide at the basin.
