Made by William Wall of Richmond, London (w.1791-1839).Convex painted dial and brass bezel opening door surround. Brass trims and carry handle to the top, brass fretwork to the sides and matching to the front. Standing on bracket feet. Prince of Wales feathers engraved to the back plate.
