A stylish George I style joint stool with carved frieze and turned legs c.1880. Single planked top with moulded sides and scalloped ends, sat over a carved top rail, turned slightly splayed legs set to the corners: supporting stretcher to the base. Excellent colour and rich polish, very sturdy and useable as a stool or occasional table. Presented in excellent original condition. Measures 18" wide x 10" deep x 18" high. Stock number 38600.
