A substantial George II period ten seat refectory table with three plank top and superb mellow patina C.1740. The three plank top with cleated ends overlapping the the base. Substantial base with chamfered square legs to the corners supported by a moulded edge top rail and a H stretcher to the base, pegged joints throughout. Seats ten, four to each side and one to each end in comfort with good knee space. Very sturdy and useable with a superb mellow colour and original waxed patina. Measures 8' 10" long x 29" wide x 29.25" high. Stock number 35631.
