George II Period Yorkshire 'Cottage' Longcase Clock

A George II period oak and mahogany cross banded 'Cottage' longcase clock.c.1740. Brass engraved dial with decorative spandrels and date aperture. Thirty hour movement striking on a bell to the hour. Made by William Atkinson of Malton. Moulded cornice hood and shaped door to the case. Reeded columns and canted corners to the base. Full working order. Stands 77"high.
