A fine quality George II period cream jug in superb condition, hallmarked London 1739. Hand formed bellied base section rising to a narrow neck with swept rim and spout sitting above, high shouldered handle with engraving to the top edge. The three feet with shell mounts and small hoofed feet. Clear Britannia standard hallmarks along with unidentified makers mark M.F. Presented in excellent condition with no repairs and a deep shine. Measures 3.5" high to top of handle x 3" wide from spout to handle edge x 2" wide at base. Stock number 39175.
