George III Mahogany Wine Cooler
A George III period mahogany wine cooler with removable liner in superb original condition c.1810. Solid mahogany construction throughout with shaped arched tops and cutouts to each forming carrying handles. Figured timbers throughout with square legs, which have a moulded outer edge. Removable galvanised steel liner with loop handles to aid removal. Presented in superb original condition with a rich colour and original patina. Holds approximately 9 standard wine or champagne bottles and could also be used as a planter.
