A substantial George III oak 10 seat refectory table with original colour and polish c.1800. Thick three plank top with cleated ends sat over a carved top rail with well carved lunettes to the sides and ends. Turned urn shaped legs set to the corners supported by a H base stretcher, pegged joints throughout. Seats four people to each side and one to each end with ease. Superb original colour and polish, very sturdy and useable. Measures 8`2" long x 34.5" wide x 30" high. Stock number 37881.
