A superb George II period oak and country house four drawer dresser with original brassware c.1750. The planked top with figured timbers and plate groove to the rear along with moulded edge. The front with two large drawers set to each side and two shallow drawers to the centre; each drawer with original decorative brass fittings. Swept apron below with moulded edge legs to the front and square cut legs to the rear. Superior quality with pegged joints throughout and excellent figured timber with a rich colour and deep polish.
