A superb quality George III period figured oak country house dresser with open pot board in wonderful original condition c.1770. Planked top sat immediately over three drawers, which extend across the dresser front, plus three additional smaller spice drawers below with an arched apron set in between. All drawers with original brass handles and complementing lock escutcheons to the three larger drawers. Elegant turned column supports below the apron with original planked pot board to the base. The base edge with moulded plinth and original stiles forming the feet. Presented in superb ...original condition with a mellow original golden colour and rich patina.
