A George III period feathered mahogany inlaid stick barometer.c.1810. Silvered engraved scale with vernier marker and thermometer to the side. Opening glazed front. Broken arch pediment to the top. Visible tube and herring bone fruitwood inlay to the case. Turned cistern cover to the base. Made by A. Riva of Preston. Full working order. Superb colour and condition. Measures 5" x 3" x 38"long.
