George III Silver Caddy Spoon

A fine quality George III period solid silver tea caddy spoon with engraved handle and shell design well, hallmarked Birmingham 1825. Rolled over handle with chased decoration, deep shell shaped oval form well to the end. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths and caddy spoon maker Taylor & Perry, along with superb clear hallmarks.  Measures 3" long x 1.5" wide at the well. Stock number 42400.
