George V Floral Engraved Silver Mug
An immaculate George V period solid silver mug with engraved flower and fern leaf design decoration, hallmarked Birmingham 1913. The mug with straight sides, rolled rim and slightly bellied base standing on a small flared rim which forms the foot. Simple curved handle sat to the side, with the sides of the mug engraved with floral and fern leaf design decoration. Heart shaped cartouch to the side of the mug which is free of initials. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Joseph Gloster along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate condition. Width quoted is including the h...andle.
