A quality George V period solid silver serpentine sided tea caddy with hinged lid and gilt lined interior in mint unused condition, hallmarked Birmingham 1919. Oval form with slightly rounded rim to the top edge and slightly raised lid; concealed piano style hinge and flange to the front edge to aid opening. Opens to reveal an immaculate gilt lined interior. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded Birmingham silversmiths Levi & Salaman also with clear hallmarks.
