A George V period solid silver octagonal tea strainer, hallmarked Birmingham 1911. Octagonal form with twin handles set either side to allow resting on a cup as the tea is poured. Polished plain outer boarder and dished centre with pierced decoration forming the strainer. Excellent quality and condition. Measures 3" diameter x 4.5" wide including handles x 0.75" high.
